Homemade pear and ginger turkey burger.
package of ground turkey
1/4 pear, chopped
1/4 carrot, finely chopped
1/4 celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp of ginger
1 tbsp of olive oil
pepper to taste 
Mango Raita
mango
greek yogurt
honey
to your preference.
Served on pumpernickel with red onion and tomato.
