Homemade pear and ginger turkey burger.
- package of ground turkey
- 1/4 pear, chopped
- 1/4 carrot, finely chopped
- 1/4 celery, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp of ginger
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- pepper to taste
Mango Raita
- mango
- greek yogurt
- honey
to your preference.
Served on pumpernickel with red onion and tomato.
