It was freezing rain today, so everything was covered in ice.
Opted to actually use a machine for once in my life.

Never, I repeat, never do 10 miles on a stair climber. Absolute hell.
Just let me loose in the mountains, I run better there.

Ants on a Log - These are a perfect option when either hosting a party, getting a snack for the kids, or just needing something sweet, juicy and healthy .

Some of my favourite on the go snacks. 


Lamb chops;
marinated in olive oil, rosemary, epicure selections 3 onion dip mix, pepper, & garlic
Served with red cabbage and asparagus (cooked in sauce from lamb)

We all think we hate leg day leading into the workout.
The workout turns out to be amazing.
The next day you think, “wow, that wasn’t too bad”
Two days later, DOMS sets in. “Never doing leg day again”

Go to bed early and get up when you set your alarm, don’t say tomorrow.
Eat your breakfast, drink you water, and get out that door.

Want to start running?
Run to the end of the road and turn around.
Run one kilometer away, now run back. 
You just did two kilometers. 
Simple.

Stretch and do yoga. Your body and mind will thank you.
Have a spa day and have a facial (this includes you men!).
Drink some tea and snack on fruit.

Get your butt to the gym or find stuff at home you can use.

There are two steps to becoming health; one being smile. Smiling is a mental change not everybody realizes. Smiling keeps you going even when days are tough, to help you realize that you are full of potential. Two being making a physical change by exercising and eating right (with still being able to indulge). Healthy living, not just food and exercise but being happy.
